H. Wayne Huizenga
Mr. Huizenga is the only person in history to build four Fortune 500 companies. He is the co-founder Waste Management, Inc., which he helped build into the world's largest integrated solid waste services company; former chairman and CEO of Blockbuster Entertainment Group, the world's largest video rental company; co-founder of AutoNation, the world's largest automotive retailer; and former chairman of Republic Services, a leading provider of non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services. Along with his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Huizenga is very active in civic and philanthropic activities. Mr. Huizenga is also owner of the Miami Dolphins and Pro Player Stadium in South Florida.


Steve Berrard
Mr. Berrard has served as vice chairman, president, CEO and CFO for Blockbuster Entertainment Group, the largest and most recognized video rental brand in the world. In addition to retail rental operations, Mr. Berrard was responsible for the operations of Showtime Networks, Spelling Entertainment Group, Paramount Parks, and Virgin Interactive Entertainment. After the company's merger with Viacom, Inc., Mr. Berrard has served as a member of the Viacom board of directors. Along with H. Wayne Huizenga, he was the co-founder and co-chief executive officer of AutoNation, Inc., the nation's leading automotive retailer.


Bruce Mullan
In his role as chief operating officer for Swisher International, Mr. Mullan is has full authority and oversight regarding the activities of the company's North American and international network of franchisees and master licensees. In his time with Swisher, he has also been responsible for the company's purchasing activities, vendor relationships, research and development, product integration and sales initiatives. Previously, he was employed by US Safety Company in Kansas City, Missouri, where he held the position of National Accounts Manager.


Amy Simpson
Ms. Simpson comes to Swisher from Econo Lodges of America, where she served as vice president of franchise administration. In that role, she was responsible for integrating new franchisees into the company's existing network, administrating policies and procedures and delivering corporate services to franchisees. She has served in a similar capacity with Swisher, and has also been responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the company, including such activities as human resources, accounts receivable, data entry, information technology, purchasing, marketing and regional field operations.


Thomas Byrne
Prior to joining Swisher, Mr. Byrne served as the vice chairman of Blockbuster Entertainment Group, a division of Viacom, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Byrne was responsible for business development, international operations, technology and online operations. Additionally, Mr. Byrne was President of the Viacom Retail Group and represented Blockbuster in all cross-Viacom opportunities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Certilearn, Interstate Connections, Intralearn, ITC Learning Corporation, Pivotal Fitness, and the Private Equity Committee of the University of Florida Foundation.
