Training and business coaching - You'll participate in an intensive, week-long training session at Swisher's franchise support center in Charlotte, North Carolina, followed by a week of in-field training. When you're done, you'll know the business inside and out - including what it takes to gain customers and build your franchise. Plus, there's ongoing training as your business grows, as new programs are introduced and as you begin offering a additional product categories.
